A little about Jacob...

Jacob, a native Oregonian, has deep roots in the Portland Metro area. Born and raised in SE Portland, he has explored various neighborhoods over the years, including Ashcreek in SW Portland, the Pearl District on the waterfront, North Portland's Mississippi/Alberta district and the Overlook neighborhoods, First Addition in Lake Oswego, and even Forest Grove. After many years, Jacob and his family seized a wonderful opportunity to move to Central Oregon, where they now reside and thrive with his wife and two children.

Real estate wasn’t my first career. I started in banking in 2000 and was welcomed into Mortgage Lending by the great recession of 2007.  While that time was difficult, it taught me something very important.  Even in those challenging times, honesty and exceptional service enabled me to surpass my customers' expectations. My experience as a lender fueled my desire to get my real estate license in 2016. This moved allowed me to focus on my core clients. Now I get to spend even more time getting to know their wants, dreams, and desires. This enables me to guide each client from the house search to homeownership and beyond. This is truly a rewarding feeling, especially considering that this has also help them build generational wealth in a community they love. As a John L.
